When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use USPS for all our shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 2 days after shipping.

 Which mail carriers do you use?

We currently ship via US Postal Service only.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are looking into international shipping options, but currently only ship within the US.

 Can I return an item?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

 What do I do if my items are damaged?

We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. In the event that the same color is not available, we will offer a replacement in a different color. Otherwise, please allow up to 6 weeks for replacement in the same color.

Atelier Dion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please call USPS to resolve the matter.

Is your checkout system secure?

Yes. The checkout process for Atelier Dion happens entirely on Stripe, a secure payment processor. Please refer to the Stripe website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.

 Will you share my personal information?

Atelier Dion is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Atelier Dion as simple as possible and to improve the overall shopping experience on the site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.

 I don’t see the item/color I want. When will it be available?

We often make items in limited quantities, and list things as they become available. To find out what new products are in the pipeline, join our mailing list and follow us on Instagram!

 Where can I buy your products in person?

At this time, some of our products are available through select shops in the Bay Area. See our Stockists page for a complete list.

How do I care for my new ceramics?

Atelier Dion ceramics are slipcast from colored clay, which is left bare on the outside of the piece and glazed with a clear crackle glaze on the inside only.  Due to the nature of bare clay, take care to wash immediately after use to prevent staining. Even so, marks of use may develop over time. This is natural to the aging of our clay and glaze. Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend handwashing with your usual dish soap.

Can you make personalized mugs?

Due to our high volume of orders, we are unable to take on small personalized projects.

 Can I place a larger order for my restaurant?

Depending on our schedule and workload at the moment, we may be able to take orders larger than we can fulfill through online retail. Contact us at atelierdion@gmail.com, we’d love to discuss it with you! Please plan ahead though--  we need at least 8 weeks to fulfill this type of order.

 I’m an artist/designer. Will you fabricate my design?

As we focus on building our house line, we are unable to take on any fabrication projects at this time.
